We’ve decided to do the Levant the Guanabana way in this literally super COOL adventure. Embark on this amazing journey with us and experience a very different Lebanon. You will camp in the snow, learn how to build snow caves and Igloos (yes we said igloos!) all while enjoying the charming villages, rural landscapes and delicious food that makes Lebanon so enticing. It’s Lebanon, like you have never seen it before.

Day 1:
You get picked up from airport and transfered to the village of Kfardebiane where we are greeted with a fantastic Lebanese dinner and overnight at a small family run hostel. We sleep in dorm-style accomodation.
Day 2:
We leave the hostel with only the necessary equipment for our snowshoeing and snow camping experience. That day we sleep in the mountains in snow tents so get prepared for a fun ride! We take the bus from the hostel towards the mountains of Ouyoune el Simane, spend a full day snowshoeing through the hills and break for lunch with our provided picnic. In the afternoon we learn how to prepare our camp and then sleep in our igloos shaped tents.
Day 3:
In the morning, depending on the snow conditions, we learn how to build either a snow cave or an igloo!! After that we snowshoe all the way to where our bus will be waiting for us. We will drive to a charming rural restaurant for lunch and afterwards head back to Beirut to catch our flights back home. Those wishing to stay on can let us know or arrange their own accomodation post-trip.
